Between 23rd and 25th of March 2009 Warsaw will witness the 17th edition of the International Fair
of Lighting Equipment LIGHT and 7th edition of the International Fair of Electrical Fittings and Security
Systems ELECTRICITY.

For seven years both events are held parallel attracting producers, distributors and everyone interested
in electrical fittings and lighting issues.

„This is the one and only such branch meeting in Poland devoted strictly to lighting equipment, electrical
fittings and illumination issues.” – says Marek Orlowski, the President of Agencja SOMA, the Trade Shows’
organizer – „Both events are the meeting point of the lighting and electrical branch professionals interested
in new technologies and innovative solutions in lighting, low, medium and high voltage, as well as issues
connected with electrical fittings and constructing.”

The Trade Show ELECTRICITY is combined with several conferences forwarded to over 1200 specialists
- architects, electrical  engineers,  developers,  investors,  construction managers,  building  inspectors,
as well as to the local government, housing cooperatives representatives and hotel managers  responsible 
for coordinating the construction of the new built industrial, apartment and office buildings all over Poland.
Cooperation with such branch organizations and associations as Polish Chamber of Architects,
Polish Chamber of Civil Engineers, Association of Polish Electrical Engineers, Polish Hotels Association, 
Polish Communes Foundation and the Developers Association guarantees to reach over 100 000
professionals with the Trade Show's offer.

Conferences led by branch specialists are complemented with the Exhibitors' presentations of the recent
solutions and innovative technologies in electrical and constructing sectors. Participants have the unique
opportunity to confront the information with the practical and concrete offer of the producers and
distributors on the Trade Show area. This unique formula gives visitors the opportunity to see the Trade
Show in unlimited way as well as the Exhibitors a possibility to get in contact with a large number
of consumers.

The biggest event of the Trade Show forwarded to our visitors will be the meeting with the Italian architect
and designer Giampiero Peia. The meeting will be organized during the ARCHITECTURE
*LIGHT*SPACE together with The Chamber of Polish Architects for over 400 architects from all over Poland.

Giampiero Peia is an awarded designer who worked on the projects of: Pirelli Real Estate in Milan
and Florence, trade objects in Shanghai and Kuala Lumpur, apartments in Milan, Mediateca Comunale 
in Fidenza (OF-Orsoline Fidenza), tourist complex on the lake Maggiore, as well as housing complex 
Ex Ceramica in Laveno.

The Trade Shows’ complement will be a special discussion panel on the role of big-surface construction
markets in creating the energy saving needs and pro-ecological attitude among their consumers.
